PREPARATION OF THE JOB ORDER PROPOSAL. 4.1. The Contractor's Job Order Proposal shall include, at a minimum: 4.1.1. Job Order Price Proposal; 4.1.2. Required drawings or sketches; 4.1.3. List of anticipated Subcontractors; 4.1.4. Construction schedule; 4.1.5. Other requested documents. 4.2. The Job Order Price shall be the value of the approved Job Order Price Proposal. 4.3. The value of the Job Order Price Proposal shall be calculated by summing the total of the calculations for each Pre-priced Tasks (unit price x quantity x Adjustment Factor) plus the value of all Non Pre-priced Tasks. 4.4.
