Common use of Prepayment Fees and Charges Clause in Contracts

Prepayment Fees and Charges. All fees and charges listed below are mandatory fees and must be paid as follows. • Application Fee - $[150] per room payable when making the application to secure the booking and is non-refundable. • Activity Fee – $[240] full academic year per person or $120 per semester per person who is a Resident, paid prior to the Start Date. • Security Deposit – a charge per room equal to 4 weeks of the Residence Fee paid in accordance with Clause 4.
