Common use of Prepayment Notice Clause in Contracts

Prepayment Notice. The Borrower shall give written notice to the Administrative Agent of each voluntary prepayment pursuant to Section 9.3. Such notice (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.10 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid (which amount shall be at least $1,000,000).

Prepayment Notice. The Borrower shall give written notice to the Administrative Agent of each voluntary prepayment pursuant to Section 9.39.2. Such notice (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.10 3.9 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; (b) the number of the Designated Account from which the prepayment will be debited; and (bc) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid (which amount shall be at least $1,000,000).

The Borrower shall give prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of each voluntary prepayment pursuant to Section 9.3. 8.3 Such notice (a “"Prepayment Notice”") shall be irrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.10 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type Interest Period and principal amount of the Loan, Base Rate Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid (which amount shall be at least $1,000,0005,000,000 and in further $500,000 increments thereof).
