Common use of Prepayment Notice Clause in Contracts

Prepayment Notice. The Borrower shall give written notice to the Administrative Agent of each voluntary prepayment pursuant to Section 9.4. Such notice (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable and in the form attached as Schedule R, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.9 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid.

Prepayment Notice. The Borrower shall give written notice to the Administrative Agent of each voluntary prepayment pursuant to Section 9.49.2. Such notice (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable and in the form attached as Schedule Rirrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.9 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid.

Such notice (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable and in the form attached as Schedule Rirrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.9 0 and shall specify:: ​ (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; andand ​ (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid.

Such notice (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable and in the form attached as of Schedule RL, shall be irrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.9 3.10 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaidprepaid (which amount shall be at least $1,000,000).

Such notice (a “"Prepayment Notice”") shall be irrevocable and in the form attached as Schedule Rirrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.9 3.10 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid.
