Prepayment Notice. Any written notice to the Administrative Agent of any voluntary prepayment pursuant to Section 9.2 (a “Prepayment Notice”) shall be irrevocable, shall be given in accordance with Section 3.11 and shall specify: (a) the date on which the prepayment is to take place; and (b) the type and principal amount of the Loan or the portion thereof which is to be prepaid.
