Prepayment Notice. Notice of any prepayment pursuant to Sections 2(c) or (d) of the Notes shall be mailed not later than five (5) days prior to the date on which such prepayment is required or scheduled to be made to each Holder of the Notes, at such holdxx'x xddress as it appears on the transfer books of the Company.
