Common use of PREPAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEBT Clause in Contracts

PREPAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEBT. Not pay, in whole or in part, any outstanding Debt of the Company or a Guarantor, which by its terms is not then due and payable other than (i) Debt owing to the Lenders, (ii) Intercompany Debt, (iii) accounts payable and other trade payables, and (iv) prepayment of loans under the Bank Credit Agreement.
