Prepayment of Swing Line Loans. Within three Business Days following demand by Swing Line Lender or Administrative Agent from time to time, Company shall prepay Swing Line Loans in an amount equal to all Fronting Exposure with respect to Swing Line Lender (after giving effect to subsection 2.11C).
