Prepayment of Upgraded Timeshare Loans. The Originator, pursuant to the Transfer Agreement, with respect to any Upgraded Timeshare Loan, on any date, shall prepay such Upgraded Timeshare loan on behalf of the related Obligor by depositing the related Repurchase Price in the Collection Account as set forth in Section 4.5(e) below.
