PREPAYMENT OFFERS AND PRIORITIES. The provisions of this Clause 8 shall apply to all amounts that are required to be applied in or towards the prepayment of Utilisations and other Senior Facility Outstandings pursuant to Clauses 7.4 (Mandatory prepayment - material disposal and insurance proceeds) and Clause 22.19.2(f) (Distributions).
