Prepayment Period. As to any Distribution Date and (i) the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer, other than the EMC Servicer, the prepayment period specified in the related Servicing Agreement and (ii) the Mortgage Loans serviced by the EMC Servicer, the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
