Prepayment; Prepayment Lockout; Prepayment Premium. (3) Borrower shall not make a voluntary full or partial prepayment on the Mortgage Loan during any Prepayment Lockout Period nor shall Borrower make a voluntary partial prepayment at any time. Except as expressly provided in this Loan Agreement (including as provided in the Prepayment Premium Schedule), a Prepayment Premium calculated in accordance with the Prepayment Premium Schedule shall be payable in connection with any prepayment of the Mortgage Loan.
