A notice under Clause 4.9 shall be irrevocable if served 3 business days before prepayment; on the last Business Day of the interest period set by the Lender, the Borrower shall prepay (without premium or penalty) the Loan, together with accrued interest thereon at the applicable rate plus the Margin.
