Common use of Prepayments, Etc Clause in Contracts

Prepayments, Etc. of Indebtedness. Prepay, redeem, purchase, defease or otherwise satisfy prior to the scheduled maturity thereof in any manner (it being understood that payments of regularly scheduled interest shall be permitted) any Junior Indebtedness or make any payment in violation of any subordination terms of any Permitted Subordinated Indebtedness (collectively, “Restricted Prepayments”), except:

Prepayments, Etc. of Indebtedness. PrepayVoluntarily prepay, redeem, purchase, defease or otherwise satisfy prior to the date that is six months prior to the scheduled maturity thereof in any manner (it being understood that payments of regularly scheduled interest and mandatory prepayments shall be permitted) the principal amount in respect of any Junior Indebtedness with an outstanding principal amount exceeding the Threshold Amount or make any payment in violation of any subordination terms of any Permitted Subordinated such Junior Indebtedness (collectively, “Restricted Prepayments”), except:

Prepay, redeem, purchase, defease or otherwise satisfy prior to the scheduled maturity thereof in any manner (it being understood that payments of regularly scheduled interest shall be permitted) any Junior Senior Notes (or any Permitted Senior Indebtedness that is a Permitted Refinancing thereof) or any Permitted Subordinated Indebtedness or make any payment in violation of any subordination terms of any Permitted Subordinated Indebtedness (collectively, “Restricted Prepayments”), except:
