Common use of Prepayments of Advances Clause in Contracts

Prepayments of Advances. (a) The Company shall have no right to prepay any principal amount of any Advances other than as provided in subsection (b) below. (b) The Company may, upon notice given to the Administrative Agent at least two Business Days prior to the proposed prepayment, in the case of any Eurodollar Rate Advance, and on the date of the proposed prepayment, in the case of any Base Rate Advance, and if such notice is given the Company shall, prepay the outstanding principal amounts of the Advances comprising the same Borrowing in whole or ratably in part, together with accrued interest to the date of such prepayment on the amount prepaid and, in the case of any Eurodollar Rate Advance, any amount payable pursuant to Section 8.04(b); provided, however, that each partial prepayment shall be in an aggregate principal amount not less than $5,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.
