Prepayments Pursuant. to Section 7.14 of the Original Indenture. So long as the Note shall be pledged with the Trustee under the Indenture, the Borrower shall pay, or cause to be paid, to the Trustee, as prepayments on the Note, amounts which may be required to be paid by the Borrower pursuant to Section 7.14 of the Original Indenture. Any such amounts shall be paid as provided in Section 5 of this Agreement and shall be applied as payment or prepayment on the Note in accordance with subsection (c) of this Section 6.
