Common use of Prepayments to Include Accrued Interest, Etc Clause in Contracts

Prepayments to Include Accrued Interest, Etc. All prepayments under this Section 2.06 shall be made together with (i) accrued and unpaid interest to the date of such prepayment on the principal amount so prepaid and (ii) in the case of any such prepayment of a Eurodollar Rate Advance on a date other than the last day of an Interest Period therefor, any amounts owing in respect of such Eurodollar Rate Advance pursuant to 8.04(c).
