Prepayments to Include Accrued Interest, Etc. All prepayments (other than prepayments of Revolving Credit Loans that are Base Rate Loans that are not made in connection with the termination or permanent reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments) under this Section 2.05 shall be made together with (i) accrued and unpaid interest to the date of such prepayment on the principal amount so prepaid and (ii) in the case of any such prepayment of a Eurocurrency Rate Loan on a date other than the last day of an Interest Period therefor, any amounts owing in respect of such Eurocurrency Rate Loan pursuant to Section 3.05.
