Prequalification. Bidders for the Service Contract shall be prequalified in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2.9 and 2.10 of the Guidelines.
Prequalification. Contractor must be prequalified in accordance with subdivisions (b) to (m), inclusive, of Section 20111.6 of the Public Contract Code. Contractor has completed and submitted a standardized prequalification questionnaire and financial statement, verified under oath.
Prequalification. The CMR shall administer the prequalification of prospective Subcontractors for certain critical construction packages, subject to final approval by APS. Prequalification criteria shall include experience, past performance, financial capability, technical capability, and quality capability. The CMA shall review and provide recommendations for improvements.

Prequalification. The Consultant shall remain prequalified in work category or categories [Insert number], as defined in Iowa Department of Transportation Policy and Procedure No. 300.04, for the duration of this Agreement. Failure to do so will result in termination of this Agreement.

Prequalification. All Subcontractors shall be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. Design Build Entity shall prepare a prequalification questionnaire for use during Subcontractor bidding. Judicial Council may review and approve the questionnaire, in its sole and absolute discretion. Judicial Council reserves the right to direct Design Build Entity to utilize Judicial Council’s prequalification form, which shall utilize substantially similar questions to those in the Request for Qualifications.
Prequalification. The Construction Manager shall assist the District in administering any prequalification of bidders and subcontractors pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.5 and/or 20111.6, evaluating prequalification documents submitted by contractors and assisting in any appeals regarding a contractor’s prequalification result or status.
Prequalification. As required by the Comprehensive Agreement, Contractor is prequalified with the Department in accordance with the Department’s applicable Rules Governing Prequalification Privileges, and covenants that it will not subcontract any part of the TTMS Work to a Subcontractor who is not prequalified with the Department in accordance with the Department’s applicable Rules Governing Prequalification Privileges, unless otherwise indicated in the Comprehensive Agreement; provided, that this restriction does not apply to contract specialty items, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, haulers or snow removal service providers.
