Common use of Prescribed Notices Clause in Contracts

Prescribed Notices. The notices referred to in clause 16.2 are: a written notice within 21 days of the first occurrence of the direction or other fact, matter or thing upon which the Claim is based, expressly specifying: that the Contractor proposes to make a Claim; and the direction or other fact, matter or thing upon which the Claim will be based; and

The notices referred to in clause 16.2 12.2 are: a written notice within 21 7 days of the first occurrence of the direction or other fact, matter or thing upon which the Claim is based, expressly specifying: that the Contractor Consultant proposes to make a Claim; and the direction or other fact, matter or thing upon which the Claim will be based; and

The notices referred to in clause 16.2 13.2 are: a written notice within 21 days of the earlier of the first occurrence of the direction or other fact, matter or thing upon which the Claim is based and when the Consultant should reasonably have become aware of the direction of other fact matter or thing upon which the claim is based, expressly specifying: that the Contractor Consultant proposes to make a Claim; and the direction or other fact, matter or thing upon which the Claim will be based; and
