Prescriptive Easements and Adverse Possession. Trustor shall take any and all such action as may be necessary to prevent any third parties from acquiring any prescriptive easement upon, over, or across any part of the Property, or from acquiring any rights whatsoever to or against the Property by virtue of adverse possession.
