Presentation by Institution Clause Samples
Presentation by Institution. Should the Investigator intend to present any findings or outcomes of the Study at a professional meeting or conference, the Investigator agrees to adhere to the following obligations:
i. Upon acceptance of an abstract for presentation, the Investigator shall promptly inform the Foundation of the pertinent details of the meeting, including but not limited to the date, location, and nature of the conference.
ii. Investigator shall provide the Foundation with a copy of the accepted abstract.
Presentation by Institution. Institution and/or Investigator shall submit an abstract to and attend Foundation's next International Symposium on Focused Ultrasound (the “Symposium”). If the Study commences before the abstract deadline for a given Symposium, then Institution and/or Investigator must submit an abstract and attend such Symposium. If the Study commences after the abstract deadline for the next to occur Symposium, then Institution and/or Investigator must submit an abstract and attend the Symposium following the Symposium for which the abstract deadline was missed.
