Common use of Presentation of Appeal Clause in Contracts

Presentation of Appeal. In presenting an appeal, a Faculty member shall be assured freedom from restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal and shall have the right to be accompanied, represented, and advised by a representative of his or her own choosing. If the Faculty member designates a representative, the representative shall be assured freedom from restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal.
