Common use of Preservation and Disclosure of Lists Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Disclosure of Lists. (a) The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, all information as to the names and addresses of the Holders of each series of Securities (i) contained in the most recent list furnished to it as provided in Section 5.01, (ii) received by the Trustee in its capacity as Security Registrar or Paying Agent, or (iii) filed with it within the preceding two years pursuant to Section 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939. The Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 5.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.
