Preservation and Disclosure of Securityholder Lists. (a) The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, all information received by it pursuant to Section 5.1 and similar information received by it in any other capacity under this Indenture and afford Holders access to the information preserved by it, all to such extent, if any, and in such manner as shall be required by the Trust Indenture Act.
