Common use of Preservation and Inspection of Documents Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Inspection of Documents. All documents received by the Trustee or any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the inspection of the Authority, the Trustee or any Paying Agent, and, upon written request of not less than five percent (5%) in Principal Amount of the Owners of the Outstanding Bonds, such Owners and their agents and representatives, any of whom may make copies thereof.

All documents received by the Trustee or any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the inspection of the AuthorityAgency, the Trustee or and any Paying Agent, and, upon written request of not less than five percent (5%) in Principal Amount of the Owners of the Outstanding Bonds, such Owners Bondholder and their agents and their representatives, any of whom may make copies thereof.

Preservation and Inspection of Documents. All documents received by the Trustee Agent from the Authority or any Paying Agent from the Holder under the provisions of this Indenture Agreement shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the inspection of the Authority, the Trustee or Borrower, any Paying Agent, and, upon written request of not less than five percent (5%) in Principal Amount of the Owners of the Outstanding Bonds, such Owners Holder and their agents and their representatives, any of whom may make copies thereof.
