Preservation and Inspection of Documents. All documents received by the Trustee or any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the inspection of the Authority, the Trustee or any Paying Agent, and, upon written request of not less than five percent (5%) in Principal Amount of the Owners of the Outstanding Bonds, such Owners and their agents and representatives, any of whom may make copies thereof.
