Common use of Preservation and Inspection of Documents Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Inspection of Documents. All documents received by the Trustee under the provisions of this Bond Indenture shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject at all reasonable times to the inspection of the Issuer, the Borrower, the Liquidity Facility Providers (if any), the Credit Facility Providers (if any) and any Bondholder, and their agents and representatives duly authorized in writing, at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions.
