Common use of Preservation and Inspection of Documents Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Inspection of Documents. All documents received by the Master Trustee under the provisions of this Trust Agreement shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject at all reasonable times upon reasonable prior written notice to the inspection of the Trust and any Registered Owner and their agents and their representatives, any of whom may make copies thereof at their own expense.
