PRESERVATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, the provisions of Sections 8 through 11 hereof shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement as necessary to give full effect to all of the provisions of this Agreement.
