Preservation of Enforceability. Each Pledgor shall take all commercially reasonable action and use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain all consents and Government Approvals required so that its obligations under the Collateral Documents will at all times be legal, valid and binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.
