Preserve and maintain, and cause each Significant Subsidiary to preserve and maintain, its corporate existence and all of its material rights, privileges, licenses and franchises, except as permitted by Section 6.12, and carry on and conduct its business in substantially the same manner and in substantially the same fields of enterprise as it is presently conducted.
