Preservation of Existence and Franchises. Except as expressly permitted by Section 8.2 or Section 8.3 below, the Borrower will, and will cause each of its Principal Subsidiaries to, do all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence, and material rights, franchises and authority.
