Preservation of Existence; Operation. (a) Do all things necessary to maintain the existence of the Tribe as a federally recognized Indian Tribe under 25 C.F.R. Part 83 and as an Indian Tribal government pursuant to Sections 7701(a)(40)(A) and 7871(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, Title 26 U.S.C.; and (b) Continuously maintain the existence of Borrower as a governmental instrumentality of Borrower.
