Common use of PRESERVATION OF INFORMATION; COMMUNICATIONS TO BONDHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

PRESERVATION OF INFORMATION; COMMUNICATIONS TO BONDHOLDERS. (a) The Indenture Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section 7.01. The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished. (b) Bondholders may communicate pursuant to TIA ss. 312(b) with other Bondholders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or under the Bonds, and the Indenture Trustee shall comply with the TIA ss.312(b). (c) The Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Reg istrar shall have the protection of TIA ss. 312(c).

(c) The Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Reg istrar Registrar shall have the protection of TIA ss. Section 312(c)) of the TIA.

(a) The Indenture Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders of certificated Bonds of a Series contained in the most recent list furnished to the Indenture Trustee as provided in Section 7.018.01 and the names and addresses of the Holders of certificated Bonds of a Series received by the Trustee in its capacity as Bond Registrar. The Indenture Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 8.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished. (b) Bondholders may communicate pursuant to TIA ss. 312(bSection 312(6) with other Bondholders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or under the Bonds, and the Indenture Trustee shall comply with the TIA ss.312(b). (c) The IssuerDepositor, the Indenture Trustee Trustee, and the Bond Reg istrar Registrar shall have the protection of TIA ss. Section 312(c).

The Indenture Trustee Bond Registrar may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished. (b) If this Indenture is qualified under the TIA, Bondholders may communicate pursuant to TIA ss. Section 312(b) with other Bondholders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or under the Bonds, and the Indenture Trustee shall comply with the TIA ss.312(b). (c) The If this Indenture is qualified under the TIA, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Reg istrar Registrar shall have the protection of TIA ss. Section 312(c).

(c) The Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Reg istrar Registrar shall have the protection of TIA ss. 312(c).
