Common use of Preservation of Information; Communications to Creditors Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Information; Communications to Creditors. The Master Collateral Agent shall preserve, at all times, the names and addresses of the Creditors contained in the most recent list furnished to the Master Collateral Agent as provided in Section 8.1. The Master Collateral Agent shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon the most recent list furnished to it pursuant to Section 8.1. The Master Collateral Agent may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 8.1 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.
