Common use of Preservation of International Interests Clause in Contracts

Preservation of International Interests. The Lien, International Interest and assignment of International Interest of each Mortgage and Security Agreement and Owner Trustee Mortgage and Security Agreement and the International Interest of each Cape Town Eligible Lease shall be registered with the FAA and/or International Registry, and such rights, International Interests and assignments of International Interest of the Engine Owner, Equipment Owner and Security Agent in each Registerable Asset are at all times maintained as against any third parties under the Applicable Laws of any jurisdiction within the United States and as against any third parties in any Contracting State under the Cape Town Convention. 5.25
