Preservation of Loan Document Enforceability. Take all reasonable actions (including obtaining and maintaining in full force and effect consents and Governmental Approvals), and cause each Significant Subsidiary to take all reasonable actions, that are required so that its obligations under the Loan Documents will at all times be legal, valid and binding and enforceable against it in accordance with their respective terms.
