Common use of Preservation of Marks and Domain Names Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Marks and Domain Names. Each Assignor agrees to use its Marks and Domain Names which are material to such Assignor’s business in interstate commerce during the time in which this Agreement is in effect and to take all such other actions as are reasonably necessary to preserve such Marks as trademarks or service marks under the laws of the United States (other than any such Marks which are no longer used or useful in its business or operations).

Each Except as otherwise permitted by the Credit Agreement, each Assignor agrees to use its United States federally registered Marks and Domain Names which that are material to such Assignor’s business in interstate commerce during the time in which this Agreement is in effect and to take all such other actions as are reasonably necessary to preserve such Marks as trademarks or service marks under the laws of the United States (in each case, other than any as such Marks which are Assignor determines that the preservation or continued effectiveness thereof is no longer used or useful desirable in its business or operationsthe conduct of the business).
