Common use of Preservation of Marks Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Marks. Each Assignor agrees to use or license (along with the associated goodwill) the use of its Marks in interstate commerce during the time in which this Agreement is in effect and to take all such other actions as are necessary to preserve such Marks as trademarks or service marks under the laws of the United States including, without limitation, maintaining the quality of all associated products or services and assuring the use of proper statutory notice of such Marks in association with each associated product or service.
