Common use of Preservation of Master Lease Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Master Lease. Sublandlord agrees not to terminate the Master Lease voluntarily, or modify the Master Lease in a manner that adversely affects Subtenant's rights under this Sublease. Subtenant and Sublandlord will each refrain from any act or omission that would result in a breach of any of the covenants, provisions, or conditions of the Master Lease on the part of the Lessee under the Master Lease.

Preservation of Master Lease. Sublandlord agrees that it will not exercise any right to terminate the Master Lease voluntarily, or modify prior to the Master Lease in a manner that adversely affects Subtenant's rights under this Sublease. Subtenant and Sublandlord will each refrain from any act or omission that would result in a breach of any of the covenants, provisions, or conditions expiration of the Master Lease on Term without obtaining the part prior written consent of the Lessee under the Master LeaseSubtenant.

Sublandlord Tenant agrees not to terminate the Master Lease voluntarily, or modify the Master Lease in a manner that adversely affects Subtenant's Subtenants rights under this Sublease. Subtenant and Sublandlord Tenant will each refrain from any act or omission that would result in a the failure or breach of any of the covenants, provisions, or conditions of the Master Lease on the part of the Lessee Tenant under the Master Lease.

Subtenant and Sublandlord will each refrain from any act or omission that would result in a the failure or breach of any of the covenants, provisions, or conditions of the Master Lease on the part of the Lessee Tenant under the Master Lease.
