Preservation of Permits and Services. From the date of this Agreement to the Closing Date, OWNER shall cause Target to use its best efforts to preserve any permits and licenses in full force and effect and to keep available the services, and preserve the goodwill, of its present managers, officers, employees, agents, and consultants.
