Common use of Preservation of Product Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Product. (a) QBT may treat all Consignments received into the Facility with approved chemicals and/or treatments, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations (including, but not limited to, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority Code and the Food Safety Australia and New Zealand Code).
