Common use of Preservation of Revenues Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Revenues. The Issuer shall not take any action to interfere with or impair the pledge and assignment hereunder of Revenues and the assignment to the Trustee of rights under the Agreement, or the Trustee’s enforcement of any rights thereunder, without the prior written consent of the Trustee. The Trustee may give such written consent only in accordance with the provisions of Article IX hereof.
