Use all reasonable efforts to preserve the business of the Companies, advertise, promote and market its products and services in accordance with past practices over the last twelve months, keep their properties intact, preserve their goodwill, maintain all physical properties in such operating condition as will permit the conduct of such business on a basis consistent with past practice;
