Preservation of Title. During the term of this Lease and Sublease, Cyprus Creek shall not do anything or fail to do anything, which would prevent or obstruct Armstrong Coal’s rights hereunder. Nothing herein shall create or be interpreted to create a hindrance of any kind whatsoever to Cyprus Creek’s freedom to dispose of its interest in this Lease and Sublease, the Property, or the Coal provided such proposal is made subject to this Lease and Sublease.
