Preservation of Trademarks. Each Grantor agrees to use its Trademarks that are material to such Grantor’s business in interstate commerce during the time in which this Agreement is in effect to the extent required by the laws of the United States or other jurisdiction, as applicable, to maintain its rights in such Trademarks and to take all such other actions as are reasonably necessary to preserve such Trademarks as trademarks or service marks under the laws of the United States or other jurisdiction, as applicable (other than any such Trademarks that are deemed by a Grantor in its reasonable business judgment to no longer be material to the conduct of such Grantor’s business).
