Common use of Preservation of Trustee's Rights Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Trustee's Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article Thirteen with respect to any Guarantor Senior Debt which may at any time be held by the Trustee, to the same extent as the other holder of such Guarantor Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

Preservation of Trustee's Rights. Nothing in this Article Eighteen shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 606.

Nothing in this Article Ten B shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 7.07.

Nothing in this Article Twelve shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 7.08.

Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.
