Common use of Preserve Goodwill Clause in Contracts

Preserve Goodwill. The Vendors shall use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact, and cause MFI to preserve intact, the Business and the property, assets, operations and affairs of MFI and to carry on the Business and the affairs of MFI as currently conducted, and to promote and preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with MFI.
