Preserve Goodwill. The Vendor shall use reasonable commercial efforts (i) to preserve intact the portion of the Business it conducts and its property, assets, operations and affairs relating to such portion of the Business and to cause the portion of the Business conducted by it to be carried on as currently conducted, and (ii) to preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with the portion of the Business that the Vendor conducts; and
