Executive agrees not to use in working for the Company Group and not to disclose to the Company Group any Confidential Information Executive does not have the right to use or disclose and that the Company Group is not free to use without liability of any kind. Executive agrees to promptly inform the Company in writing of any patents, copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights known to Executive that the Company or the Company Group might violate because of information Executive provides.
